It's a pitiful shame when people need help NO one at this office answers the phone,I tried calling them for over 2 hrs and no answer so I left 2 voice-mails and no return calls...whoever is responsible for answering calls should be fired!

This place is a joke whom doesn't investigate the kids in the Tri Cities area who are actually being abused and neglected. But best believe they will hound the parents whom r genuinely amazing parents doing the very best they can simply because of one phone call from someone who is just spiteful, angry, or jealous so they try to ruin others lives by being petty and scandalous. But people who make those false reports and phone calls will get a visit from karma one day

There is a number on the back of the card you call to find out your balance
They usually go in on the day that you're signed up but holidays can cause a delay. Check your balance tomorrow and it might be there. Because New Years day is a holiday, it may delay it up to a few business days

The Health Dept in Blountville can get them for you if your kids were born in Sullivan County. I believe they are 7 dollars each for copies.
