This is a trailer court.I think most of the trailers r purchased but there may be rentals left.it’s quiet out in the country and large.most owners keep their yards nice n upkept.no stray dogs no loose dogs occasional cat my aunt lives here n she likes it ok the only drawback is the long drive to town

Been parked here for a month and a half. Very quiet group of people fairly well-kept grounds, though park roads are in need serious work. The manager has been responsive to minor problems, overall a nice little low-budget community.

I have been a tenant here a couple months ago and am waiting to move in a new home the manager is very kind she always works so hard to make a pleasant stay fixes things immediately had one small incident with sewage and was immediately fixed so we never had any issues that weren't addressed management has changed so much this use to he tweek ville and it had turned into a family very close nit community . Very satisfied
