Redwood is spacious and 1 story. But management has changed and with it the friendly neighbor atmosphere left with the old staff.

No...nothing
The only time I hear my neighbor is when they open their garage, or are hanging a picture? I never hear their tv, or dog, or any other every day noises. So I would say that the insulation between houses is great! Either that or we have very quiet neighbors.
