I've inquired with Charleston Glass twice. At last, after days, a lady called who claimed she is one of the "owners". Her tone was unprofessional and I did not appreciate her approach. She did not seem happy that I went with another company (I was very polite to her) as I could not wait days for someone to call me back, simply for a quote. She also hung up the phone abruptly. Nice! A message to the owner: After that conversations with you, I feel confident with my decision on choosing another business.
