Jeremy was absolutely awesome! Not only did he take great care with my car that had TWO flat tires after the hurricane, but he took the time to explain the process and he even flashed the lights on the truck to the delight of all the children in the parking lot. He had a wonderful, caring spirit that put me totally at ease. I will recommend JG Towing to anyone who needs a tow truck!!

**WRONGFULLY TOWED, TOOK ADVANTAGE OF YOUNG STUDENT FAMILY** JG Towing wrongfully towed our car leaving me, my wife and 3 month old daughter stranded downtown. We had parked our car and paid the parking fee, returned to our vehicle 10 minutes before our parking expired and our car was gone. I called JG Towing, was on hold for over an hour and they told us we never paid the fee. I told them we had a newborn and her food was in the car and I gave them my invoice and ticket # to prove we had paid and they hung up on me. I called back in, waited on hold again and spoke with a representative and I came to find out that we were towed because the tow truck scanned the dealership plate on our new car, not the temporary tag in the back window. I informed them of the misunderstanding and they refused to admit fault and refused to work with us. They told us it was “illegal to have the temporary tag in the window” and that “it would look strange for us to look into people’s windows to look for a tag.” Insanity. We had to find a ride 30 minutes to the towing lot with a now starving baby and they refused to give us our car without paying the $211. We have called in several times, spent hours on the phone with them pleading our case and they give us the go-around and refuse to believe they did anything wrong. We understand where the point confusion stemmed from with the dealership plate, but they don’t seem to even want to attempt to meet us in the middle. We are now following up with law enforcement.

Dosnt know how to tow a car tears bumper off and try’s to claim that a damaged form was signed when was never I have reported this business to the B.B.B do not use this company they will just treat ur vehicle like trash and make up a whole story that never happened and bash his customers
