Good, you shouldn't force people to write a review. I completed the survey. The hotel staff was awesome. Everything was nice and clean just need to be a little more updated and better parking

Don’t stay here… We reserved 5 rooms coming from out of state to bury my uncle. Our reservation got mixed up and instead of the young lady at the counter helping us, she began to yell at us and called the manager which we found out is her mother. She lit a cigarette in our face and walked off. Her mother, the manager told us we are going to respect her or we can go elsewhere. This is the second chance we have given this hotel and dealt with the same individuals. As a Regional Property Manager myself with over 1000 tenants and 8 managers and I would NEVER tolerate such disrespect from my staff. But apparently this is what Oxford have to deal with. We will never give them our business as long as they are employed here. Just disgraceful

We found this hotel, at the last minute, after our grandson’s baseball game. We booked a suite, on the third floor. We were very pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and kind customer service. More impressive was a conversation that I overheard with a police officer that dropped by for coffee. The owner/manager of the hotel offered the officer coffee and explained that soon they would have more breakfast items for her and fellow police officers. He also invited her and fellow officers to use their exercise room, once it was re-opened after COViD protocols. Should we be in the area for more baseball, we will stay here again to support this kind business owner.

Let me start off by saying...It was clean BUT...... the mattresses were hard as a rock. Seriously, I may have slept an hour the whole night. When we got there to check in, there were 2 people ahead of me. It was almost 80 degrees outside and the same in the lobby. HOT! The lady took FOREVER to check the 2 people & me in. We get to the room and the air was OFF and the room smelled musty. The toilet was so low to the ground and was small. I felt like I was sitting on a toddler toilet (even my 12 year old complained about the toilet). I will be back in town 2 more times in the next few months and I will be staying elsewhere. Oh and the "breakfast" was a bagged "breakfast" that you had to ask for but it wasn't worth your time.

Yes, they allow pets. I think it's an additional $25.00
