It leans towards being a budget hotel, so you will see some wear on things. I had a 4-day stay. Everything was clean and nice. Front desk and housekeeping staff were pleasant and helpful. Great location for Oxford.

This establishment/ Hotel Brand has no bounds on disrespect. I wrote an accurate review on the management, and staff at this property and they had it removed. This location is the epitome of unprofessionalism. The staff has left me, and my family disgusted by the behaviors and actions (If you can have my comments removed...how about getting the pet-friendly highlight off your establishment as well.)... Your facility pops up first in an online search.... Before driving 10+ hours I confirmed with a live body your facility accepts pets, but instead of handling the situation professionally, This location completely traumatized me and my family. My family and I were asked to leave, harassed almost hourly by the staff, disrespected, and bullied. This is not acceptable. As I am grieving the loss of a loved one, I am being threatened with law enforcement when my family did nothing wrong! Is this how your employees are trained Sir/Madam? The location did not have a customer focus attitude, and they did not show any inclination to try and fix the situation. Regardless, if the establishment/ Hotel Brand is in a major city or small town, the same level of respect for its guests should be upheld. Your team Sir/Madam ruined my aunt's funeral, and I have lost time with my family to grieve I will never get back….

I am a 65 yo female that visited this facility to attend an informal class reunion. I was placed on the second floor in an unsecured area. At 12:30 a.m. someone started banging on my door. I reached for the phone to call the front desk. The phone did not work. I used my cell phone to call the front desk, she did not understand the issue, so I Dialed 911. Three police cars arrived on the scene as security arrived at the door. The person banging on my door was trespassing and was known to do this. I was then moved to a more secure location on the first floor. What an inconvenience. In addition, my card was charged and there was no compensation!It is a shame there is not a nice, secure place to stay in this small town.

If you want inexpensive, easy, and an overall great experience, look no further. I read a few reviews about this place before I booked, and I must admit I was skeptical. The reviews that compared this place to a 1 or 2 star hotel had me uneasy. However, after my experience I would like to make it known that everything I encounted here was exceptional, especially for the price. The front desk was kind, the bartender in their attached restaraunt was helpful, and the room was above par. The only thing I didn't like was housekeeping knocking on my door 30-45 minutes before my checkout time, but I don't think that deserves me taking a star away. If I'm ever in town for whatever reason I will definitely come back to this place.
