Let me let me tell you all about coastal harbor. Coastal Harbor has been one of the best places that I have been to in 4 years. I take care of a buddy of mine who's got a few problems I have tried to find a doctor and hospital for him for over 4 years I took my buddy to coastal harbor there was no questions no problems no nothing there is a guy there named Ronald. Ronald is one of the best people I have met out of 4 years, Ronald took my buddy in no problem no hassle my buddy went for about a week and a half and he come out a totally different person. Coastal harbor I owe it all to y'all that is the best experience when it comes to trying to get my buddy help that I have ever had and it was at coastal harbor. I appreciate it from all the staff everybody who helped my buddy and I will never forget you all if I need something in the future you can guarantee I'm going to look towards coastal harbor

I was sent here after the hardest time in my life. Dealt with depression/anxiety since middle school but really hit rock bottom & was deemed a 10-13 because of my attempt. I was so terrified of being away from my mom and just so sad and I fought it hard but then I accepted it that last night at the hospital and knew I had to go. The conditions of coastal are not the best, but I am forever grateful. The people I met in my group were so awesome and I love all of them. I especially cherish one of the friendships I created. I think the patients help eachother out more than the exercises and therapists etc. I love all of them and it’s really bittersweet, nostalgia in a good/bad way cause all the feelings come rushing back, positive & negative. It definitely makes a difference having a good group of people and making friends etc and I hate thinking about people who didn’t feel this way. I hate it. But I am personally thankful for the experience and fellow patients, forever. ❤️ You have that similar feeling to eachother, commonness. it CAN get better.
