Avoid this Quest. Had to come in for a walk in appointment and spend over 2 hours waiting while all you hear is staff laughing doing work at quarter speed. Even when people are just dropping off samples they will be sitting in room for 20+ minutes because of the incompetence of the staff. Place fills up beyond capacity due to lack of efficiency of the staff. Would defintely tell anyone to avoid this dump. Sat in line for over 2 hours and never even got my needed drug panel done. Waiting that long to pee in a cup for a couple seconds for a process that could take as little as 3 minutes to complete is crazy. It's almost like they try their best to be as slow as possible. Every other Quest does a great job but this one brings shame to the rest of them.

worst experience ever!!!!!! This place always has the longest wait even with an appointment. I went in simply to drop off a sample and i ended up waiting over an hour just to drop it off. they need to do better. if someone is dropping off a sample they should be in and out there is no reason they should be waiting. I will never return to this quest again. I highly recommend nobody else does either. Find another one that actually cares about the patients time

The lab and billing department do not communicate. I have spent months and at last count over 20 phone calls according to Quest trying to get them to file my claim. They put me in collection before filing the claim correctly. It has been a nightmare. They suggest I go down to the lab and stand in line to get a phlebotomist to see if they can see that my bill is out of collection. I have already done that and they sent me home after confirming my appointment by text at 5:30 in the morning. Quest billing department says they can't call the Lab directly as there is no telephone at the Lab. The lab and the billing office do not use the same computer system and only supervisors can see what has transpired. It is a MESS!!!! They suggested today that I go to the Lab in Pinecrest and stand in line AGAIN until my number is called so I can ask what their computer tells me about my account. If their computer tells the phlebotomist I am still in collection they send me home. Mind you the collection agency says they have taken me out of collection and Quest says I am out (although twice today I was told via telephone that I was in collection and I printed my account from their website and it states that I am still in collection). Quest wants me to go again to the Pinecrest Lab and wait to see if the Lab knows what has transpired on my account because they can't call each other. There are NO PHONES or reception help at Quest Labs. The phlebotomists are the ones dealing with the billing instead of a designated person. If this would allow zero stars I would give zero. Quest has made it my job to go to their facility because they can't call them. Who regulates them? If this sounds confusing IT IS!!!!!

The worst lab to get lab tests done! If you don't have an appointment scheduled in advance. The waiting list takes about 3 to 4 hours to give service to 7 people!!! The manager is extremely rude and unconsidered with the patients on the waiting list!!! If you don't want to be treated like cattle don't come to this place!
