Nothing is worse than car trouble when you're out of town, especially in the Atlanta area. My battery light came on, and after researching it, I learned that it could be my alternator going out, and it now taking energy from my battery and that I needed to get it seen about right away. So I researched the closest auto parts store near me off the interstate. Pep-boys came up. Right away, I was impressed with the service I received. Brandon made sure we were taken care of. He got us in quickly and got the alternator already in route just in case that's what it was; they would already have the part. The battery was good, but he kept it a while longer to let it run and watch it, and sure enough, it was the alternator. He already had the part and what would have been a 4-hour wait ended up being less because he stayed two steps ahead. Brandon called us in no time, and everything was done promptly and professionally. Very impressed.
