I went to the usps Buford (30518)to ship not only the wait was long what was surprised me when I reach the front I paid my shipping label online then printed it and had it with me, I was like good morning Sr. Could you tell me which box I can use for this label please? Andrew was very aggressive talk to people, He was like get one of this boxes, I said thanks. When I'm done I go back to him to ship it then He said your total is $3.99; I said Sir. I already paid online for the label why now I have to pay. He was like don't think it's free you have to pay that's not free (with a tone). I said I've ever charged when I purchased my label online, he looked at me he crabed the box opened it took out my stuffs and trash my label I was like Sr. I need my label back why you trash it and took my stuff out of the 📦. He was like you want my name my name is Andrew ok my name is Andrew.

Must enjoy phones ringing as background noise. They blatantly refuse to answer, hang up on you and there's no option for voice-mail so they can make sure to have zero obligation to call you back.

May want to try and call as soon as they open. They focus seems to be more on the customers that are present. Didn't see a lot of high ratings for post offices. Just appreciate what they give as far as interactions at this location.
There is not one at this location I don't believe. There is one on Buford drive past mall of Ga they have one at that one I think. You can call too.
With out a doubt that is a scam. Please, please don't submit any of your information. Please call or visit your local Post Office. They will be able to verify if you really do have a missed delivery.
