I actually cannot believe what just happened. The lady working behind the counter said the address I gave her was incorrect. I offered to open the package up to use the address on the information that I was sending with the package. She agreed and it turns out she was typing in the address wrong. Then she told me she cannot tape the package back up unless it is being sent priority. All of this as I’m looking at a tape gun right next to her. I said I’ll have to leave to go home to tape up this package and she said, “OK”. I have to go home to tape up a package that the USPS worker opened because of her own mistake. I am shocked.

Ordered a replacement key for my mailbox... They said it would take 2 weeks maximum and it's been almost 3 months and have not received any mail. Bad customer service and slow

This office is perfect example of why USPS will never compete with ups or fedex and will always run in deficit . Walked into office for renewing my sons passport . Tried scheduling online appointment for days and no opening for month and you can only schedule within a month . Decided to walk in There were only 2 cars in whole premises ! Passport office was empty , zero customers. Since we did not have appointment the officer refused to process ot and it was very early afternoon . Checked usps website . Reason they moved to appointment only was to prevent overcrowding in waiting area . Guess what there was none there and that the officers mask was protecting his chin! He could have easily helped us but he did not . Finally went to Fulton county superior clerk office . They were busy but they squeezed us in . Will avoid any business with usps like a plague and they are best suited to deliver junk that goes straight to trash .
