I was waiting for a package to be delivered all day because I had to sign for it. It was to be delivered by 4:30 according to texts and tracking through fed ex. It had not arrived by 4:30 and after many many attempts to talk to a real person through the automated system which I called 8 times I finally got to a real person and they told me it would not be delivered that day. Automated system kept saying it would be delivered end of day. It kept telling me that a representative would not have any life info than that. It turns out that the package made it to this facility at 12:00. Too late to get on the truck. No one at this facility bothered to let me know and I wasted my entire day waiting for an overnight package that had an essential item I need for my work tomorrow. Had I known it would not arrive by 4:30 I could have rented what I needed but I did not get through to a person until 6:00 and then it was too late. The people who work here don’t seem to care since an overnight package is not flagged and the recipient is not informed. The fed ex I know is all about getting you your package because it is important. Clearly that’s not the attitude is shared here.

I went in today to pick up a package that had 3 delivery attempts. I had to wait for the manager Rick. He first apologized for keeping me waiting. He was honest. They did not know the location of my package. He reassured me he will make a 4th attempt to deliver it. He was very nice & took the time out to help me, even calling a few drivers for my city. Teresa in the front was just the sweetest. She was so helpful and kept checking for a status on it while also helping other customers. Thanks Rick & Teresa for your 5 Star customer service! ☆☆☆☆☆

My equipment was supposed to be delivered by Thursday. My company paid for overnight shipment Wednesday morning. It is now the following week, Monday morning, and my equipment still isn't here. Very inconvenient. UPS me please

You would need to have it held at the location. You should be able to do that by calling or going online, but it will get a delivery attempt if it has already been put out for delivery before you get it changed.

If you have a tracking number, 8n my experience it told me evertstep the package made. If your package is 2 or 3 days late, those lowlifes that ride around stealing packages got you.
