Don't take kids here. There is danger around every corner. The playground is dangerous for little kids.but it's nice for adults.

Hi Jean, This year's event kicks off on September 19th, 2021 at 1 p.m. There is a press release with more information available here: gainesville.org/360 and we will have more information available soon.
There is a very gradual elevation gain as you walk from the Wilshire Trails parking area toward downtown Gainesville.
People use it for lunch, reading, hanging out without reservations all the time. If you need the whole pavillion or most of it, better make reservations.
