No they never answer or return calls or emails. It is the end of my husband and I lease and we can’t get ahold of them to put in our 30 day notice and we are moving on the 31st of this month
Hi Ronda, as you are aware someone vandalized all the washers and dryers. We had to order parts which does take time. Hoping all tenants will keep an eye out from now on if they see anyone who doesn't belong in the apartment complex so hopefully this never happens again. Also we have spoken about your mailbox that you will need to contact the post office they will be able to help you.
