In this time of throw away consumer culture it is refreshing to support a family business that is focused on customer service and maintaining the machines that you have rather than throwing things away! 10/10 would recommend!

Our washer quit working when we had a house full of out of town company. My husband called Allen who asked for 'symptoms' and made a diagnosis over the phone. It was a week before they could come out due to some health issues on their end. Matt came out and confirmed the diagnosis and fixed the problem in a very short time. He also noticed a problem with the agitator and advised my husband what to buy and how to correct this problem without us having to pay for another service call. We would definitely recommend them.
