I went out there when I was apartment hunting and right across from the “model” she showed , a lady died in the apartment across . Rent office lady Chae said the woman committed suicide . I was so desperate to move and the neighborhood seemed quite and the townhouse she showed came off to be be decent so I still applied . She called me and told me my deposit was $1500 😳 . I paid almost half which was $900 and decided to change my mind. I wasn’t able to get my money back but from the reviews, I’m thankful I didn’t move out there with my son

It's very hard to contact them the office is located in the first entrance building to the left. The office is located on the side of the building. Good luck.
