Complete rip offs. Will low ball you. Not ethical at all! Avoid at all cost. I would not recommend you do business here. Traded in a car and completely feel like I was hustled after they listed my vehicle for 40k over what they gave me for a trade in! Carlos Torres nice guy but very incompetent. I negotiated with Carlos and I believe the sales manager. The reason why I don't know is because after the deal was made the sales manager didn't even come to introduce himself. I've never had that happen and I've bought several cars! Traded in a 2022 Tesla Model S. They gave me 80k and listed it for 119k.

Salesman and finance were excellent. Easy purchase of vehicle. Was told I could get a first oil change for free if i filled out this critique. I had issues getting someone to show me where the critique could be found and the process assumes that the individual has a gmail account and is highly computer literate. That is not always the case and I had to come back into the sales office and have a salesman connect to the critique on one of the sales computers. He was very nice about the process but, I had to come back to Hennessey to be able to do the review.

Yes, they sell these. I was able to get one with proof of ownership and a VIN.

Your dashboard will tell you when you change your oil. If you are talking about the little reminder sticker they pout on your windshield, that's a marketing trick to get you to come in more often. No basisin fact.
OEM tires usually don't have road hazard coverage. Check the warranty paperwork which came with the tires.
Did you recently replace your battery? If you did, look in the manual to see how to reset it so your automatic window works. That's what happened to mine. It's an easy fix.
I assume that it is a V-6, if so, parts and labor for a starter would be $750. Please let us know how else we can help you.
