The staff were all extremely friendly and professional, and very knowledgeable, and they had a good selection of "accessories" and options. However, the main fuse they installed on my vehicle was not high enough amperage to handle the electrical load of the trailer lights, which left me burning through fuses within 3 minutes of operation, the entire way across the country. Installing a slightly higher capacity fuse solved the problem, but not before I was pulled over 3 separate times for non-operational trailer lights. In addition, upon arrival at my destination, I called customer service to have the trailer picked up because I no longer felt secure towing it any further, and they came and took it, but then immediately attempted to debit my bank account to the tune of $350, claiming I had "abandoned the equipment". I called customer service 3 separate times, waiting on hold for a MINIMUM of 45 minutes each time, to straighten out the issue, and all 3 times I was told that they were sorry and would be correcting their mistake, only to have them attempt AGAIN to debit my account for the "abandoned equipment". I will never do business with U-Haul again.
