Logan’s Landing is a nice place, especially in the realm of apartment living. When we moved in, the move in process was relatively smooth. We weren’t able to see the apartment, or any apartment before move in, which I thought was wild. They don’t have a show apartment, so we had to go off photos and videos alone. Luckily upon move in, it was like the photos showed. Our apartment had a lot of things broken—the ac, the sink, etc, but Chris fixed everything right away. He always completes work orders in a very timely manner and he’s the nicest guy in the world, so that makes the experiences more enjoyable even when dealing with broken things. This complex is dog friendly. They provide plenty of stations to clean up after your pups. You have to jump through hoops to bring new puppies in, like even so much as asking your vet to make an estimate on his adult weight. He was 8 weeks old so it was a very weird request. Then after we did all that to make sure both our dogs didn’t exceed the combined 50 lb weight limit, we started seeing dobermans and German Shepard and a few other dogs that are def over the 50 lb weight limit for apartments on floors other than the first. ESAs Im assuming? I do wish there was an off leash area, maybe between building 2 and 3?, it’d be small but so amazing for them to have a place to run without being tethered to me. There’s is nowhere to walk here except around the parking lot and in front of the buildings which i hate, but that’s not their fault. It’s hard for the puppies with the heat now since we’re limited to only sidewalks due to the heat of the asphalt. It stinks to have such limited walking space and no fenced in, off leash area. A Pool was put in and opened this weekend. It’s nice but the chairs are so weird. Unless no one can figure out how to work them properly, they don’t lay flat. It’s like you’re sitting in a hole with your feet up past your head. I’ve noticed people just laying on the concrete on blankets. I guess that makes more sense than having weird tan lines where your belly is touching your chest 😂 I’m super grateful for the pool, but a tutorial on the chairs, or different chairs would be top tier. Most neighbors here are relatively nice. There are a lot of people who smoke weed in building 3, which permeates the hallways and comes through our vents. It’s not pleasant but it’s definitely better than cigarette smoke. Carla was amazing and we miss her. Customer service has been good overall. A few complaints— When we were without power for a long time after a snow storm, they tried their best to figure it out. It was only our building at first, and then it was only half of our building. We ended up having to eat out for multiple days and lost all our food in the fridge and I asked if they could maybe provide gift cards or something as a reimbursement but they said to claim it on my renters insurance. So that was a disappointment. If it were the whole complex I could understand but it was literally just like a handful of apartments that were unable to access electricity. Recently my family rented the guest suite for the weekend. When I went over to make sure it was nice before their arrival, it was dirty and none of the laundry had been done. I ended up having to take sheets and towels over to my place and wash them. I had to clean the bathroom and some other things too. There was trash left in the apartment in the closet. When I told the office they said they’d make it right, but they just told me we could have the place for free for one night in the future. My family lives 8 hours away, and come once a year, so while the sentiment was nice, it wasn’t super helpful to make up for the mess and the $200 my mom spent to rent it. I definitely didn’t want to spend my Saturday morning cleaning someone else’s apartment but I did 🤷‍♀️ Okay so a long review but it’s all the things I remember wondering when we were debating were to move. Overall 7/10. Would recommend. A few improvements and easily 9/10. I can’t give 10/10 till I have a balcony and rent control. Im sorryyyy🤣

It’s a nice place, however one of the reasons I moved here was because every other apartment complex I looked at had speed bumps and this place didn’t. I understand the need for them, but it’s the ones that they got that big me. They use the tall short ones, not the low slight humps. This is extremely annoying to drive over. I don’t even go fast over them. In fact my speedometer doesn’t even register when I drive over them. Yet every single time, it throws my truck around and tosses me like a rag doll inside. Extremely disappointed in their choice.

Logans Landing has been nothing but a pleasant experience for me. The work orders I’ve put in have been handled in a timely manner, the staff have always been helpful and friendly, and the apartment itself has been wonderful. I’ve had practically no issues living here. The only issues I have run into have been fixed quickly. The location is amazing, especially for college students. It’s off the main road enough that traffic won’t keep you awake but you’re not in the middle of nowhere. She recently left, but Carla was the most helpful individual at an apartment complex I may have ever met. She’s so full of friendliness it’s amazing. I’m very thankful for this place to live. After seeing reviews of so many other apartments, I feel so blessed to have lived here for the past year!
