We spent several months comparing options and shopping for a full range of appliances for our home. By the time our order was placed we felt like friends instead of customers. Despite numerous manufacturer delays, our order was eventually all delivered and even a small scratched handle straight from factory was replaced in a timely manner. Hailey’s appliance is a very important resource in the area providing service for needed repairs and a wonderful showroom to choose from and try out functions and options. I appreciate that you can count on Susan, Brittany, Mitch and all the team to be honest and offer you an option to fit your needs at a great price! It has been our pleasure to purchase appliances affordably knowing we can count on them to service them when the need arises. Through them we were able to donate a non working appliance to be repaired for charity and they will fix appliances in a world where so much is disposable not repairable. Highly recommended for high tech appliances with old fashioned small town service!

One star represents the level of service regarding an oven repair and potential replacement. Two repairman were sent out to diagnose the problem. They opened the panel and banged on the relay switch with a wrench. Declared it couldn’t be fixed. Charged us $80 with a promise someone would call us with options for replacement. No one followed up. Three weeks later I had the appliance fully repaired on the spot by another company. Don’t waste your time or money. **In response to Owner’s message. It turned out to be a loose wire behind the oven, not the control panel. Your associates did confirm the power for each heating element but did not remove the oven to check the overall connection. This ended up costing my 90 year old parents $80 for nothing. $80 is a lot of money to an elderly person. Luckily I found another company that was able to identify and fix the problem. Maybe it could be a lesson learned for your associates. If you really stand behind your business, a refund would go a long way. Thank you.

I don't know the answer to your question, but they certainly will. They were the only ones in town to have the part for my dryer. They were very helpful too. We just bought our new washer and dryer from them. They provided great service on the delivery also.
