I gave 1 star because I could not do no stars. I have had the trailer only a couple months and had to replace the under sized leaf springs and all 4 tires due to the right side wall not being attached properly and sinking down. The trim board is paper thin and caves in with the lightest touch. The ply wood is spaced really for apart and does not stay in one place or screwed down. The locks and latches on the trailer did not even line up. Please be ware that if you actually use your trailer do not buy from them. I have contacted customer service many times and they do not even reply. I am going back to rock solid trailers. Rays furniture and more LLC

Trailer is decent but I'm glad I'm handy to replace/repair trailer parts. I brought the trailer from Daves Boat & Trailer in Glen Burnie, MD. A little after a year 2 of the air ducts/vents came off on the highway and multiple screws came out of the trailer. The trailer was only used twice within the one year spand. The first trip was to Myrtle Beach, Sc From Maryland, and the second trip was to Daytona Beach, FL. I called Daves Boat and since it was outside of the manufactures warranty I contacted Cynergy Directly. They first told me they only deal with dealers Directly. Then I was told to take pictures and email them to the company. I did and called them back and I'm still waiting for a return call or email. I inquired about being a dealer because i'm in the transportation industry. I was told someone would contact me and nobody ever did. I would never purchase another Cynergy trailer because of the quality of my trailer and the Customer Service.

Well built trailers at a good price. Definitely recommend Cynergy cargo trailers. Love the costumer service and knowledgeable personal. Bought a few trailers from them don’t have any issues. Thank you Cenergy
