I have a 2 year old pontoon trailer with hardly any mileage on it. I went to grease the EZ hubs. And water came out! I had a local trailer repair shop work on it. It had cheap Chinese hubs that cracked & broke when replacing the chase. $380.00 to repair an almost NEW trailer! I'm sure I'm not the only one. Lube your hubs. You might get a surprise!

Have a 2013 trailer love it had worked done on it new fenders under warranty good customer service good quality trailer came from cleveland to Jackson Michigan to have worked on very very happy above and beyond customer service 😀

“UPDATE” Bought a galvanized bunk trailer from this company about two years ago, started to show some rust at some spots and they stood behind their product and replaced it!!!! The owner Lyle stood up and took care of me above and beyond more than he had to !!! I’ll definitely be buying my next trailer from them when I’m looking at one for a car hauler!!!

This was my 1st venture into using an aluminum trailer. I bought a 22 cr with a wood deck and 2, 7k axles. Trailer only weighs 1800 lbs so it is like leaving half a trailer behind.. Pulls easy,, and you'll definitely notice it at the pump. I did have an unexpected problem when in Chicago. I had to have a repair done after hours. Well let me tell you that Lyle, the owner and his employees exceeded my expectations. Upon return I brought it to the factory where it was returned to factory specs at no cost to me. In fact the repairs were also reimbursed for the work done in Chicago. I use my trailer a lot and I have not been disappointed. Thank you Lyle, Heather, Jessica and Steve for getting back on the road so fast. I highly recommend your product and your commitment to your customers. 11/10/21 A trailer is only as good as the people that stand behind it. You'll never walk alone with this company. It is well worth the trip to the factory for repairs. If you have a problem they are there for you! After 18 months I still highly recommend and would purchase their product again.
