Unfortunately I'm left no choice but to leave this review for this company. Recently we attempted to load an F350 rollback onto our tilt deck gooseneck trailer. We did purchase this trailer second hand, and in very good condition with little use. The previous owner was deployed overseas for a majority of his ownership of this trailer. This is rated at 16,100 lbs gvwr with a carrying capacity of 12,100lbs. An early 1990's Diesel F350 rollback with an aluminum bed should have NEVER caused a trailer deck to fold like ours did. It doesn't even weigh 11k. We had it loaded up to the winch engine forward, lowered the deck when we realized that the tail section of the trailer had buckled. To avoid any further damage it was quickly set back down. Upon further inspection, we noticed several major design defects. The only true support behind the pivot point was the outer 2x6 thin wall box rails which had buckled under the weight of the rear of the rollback. Right where the frame buckled, in the weakest location of the frame, they decided it was a good location to drill a hole for the tail lights. I was very upset, this trailer shouldn't have done this. I thought I would give them a call and talk to them and see what we could do about this design issue. When I went to their website, I noticed on my trailer model they show 2 runners the entire length of the trailer, which mine does not have. It was apparently an issue that they are aware of. When I called, I was told that since I wasn't the original owner, and that it was out of their warranty period, I really had no leg to stand on, and call my local trailer dealership because they don't work directly for the customer. I don't feel as though it's very fair to drag a dealer into this when the manufacturer is local and I don't need to involve a third party when they didn't make the trailer sale. This was clearly a design flaw they were aware of, and clearly not willing to help those with defective units. I had originally gone to the local dealer to buy new, however I was told it was going to be months if not a year if I ordered one, hence the reason I ended up purchasing second hand. I'm not sure who engineered this trailer, but they should be working for the bdumb trailer company. I have attached a photo of the day before hauling my son's playset, my now damaged underbuilt, overrated trailer, the rollback, and the image from your site showing the design change to fix this obviously known issue. It's clear they don't stand behind their products.

At times we all get close to or slightly overload a trailer, after owning my bwise 7x14 10k dump for about 4 years, I finally REALLY overloaded it. I’m estimating 20k of modified stone. Had a very long/slow 30 mile trip home and it took every ounce it had to dump it, but it did it. Praying nothing is bent, but if it would be, it’s completely my fault. It’s unbelievable the trailer could do what it did. I also wanted to add I have the same battery since 2018 and that is working great. Some paint flaking but nothing major, and I’m in the towing / excavating industry so I see lots and lots of different trailers. The paint is no worse then other brands, in-fact I think this one is holding up even better.

Absolute junk steel, junk powder coating. The rep from brechbill trailers assured me these were the best so I paid 15k. My bad, never listen to a salesman I know lol,but these trailers aren't even worthy of a landscaper not to mention a tree service. Pathetic and a waste of money.
