On occasion, they will have grant money that will further decrease their already low prices. I don't think that they advertise when they have a grant in play. I've taken about 10 cats there myself for spaying, neutering, vaccination, and microchips. Great staff!
Rabies shot is included free with the spay/neuter, and at same time as spay/neuter. Other vaccines are offered as optional add ons at time of surgery as well. So is a microchip. But these things are not offered apart from the surgery. Tractor Supply Company offers reduced price vaccine clinics on Sundays.
Female cats are $65 and male cats are $55. All prices include a free rabies vaccine if needed.

I'm not sure if they offer any senior discounts, but for a male cat the price is $55. This also includes a rabies shot. I've taken a number of pets and stray cats there, and the people have always been the nicest and most helpful.

Use a carrier for the dog and many services should find this acceptable. You could also place the carrier in the back of a pickup or in a van. Home Depot rents trucks and vans for short periods of time.

The Georgia Animal Project exists to spay and neuter. When you bring in your pet(s) for that purpose, they do an exam, nail trim, and Rabies. Its all included in the price of the Spay/Neuter. At time of check in, you also have the option to add things like additional vaccines, microchip or heartworm testing for additional fees. If your pet is already altered, then you need to go somewhere else for the other services. Tractor Supply Company usually has a mobile vet service come on Sundays that does vaccines, so you could get a schedule from your local store.
