Rude staff. They wasted my time. My husband made an appointment and wasted his time. He called and asked about their services. They said they could accommodate and provide the service that was needed. Then when he got there, they couldn’t do the service. I highly do not recommend going there.

Yes. I just went two weeks ago for one. Its 30.00. Pay up front no insurance accepted. They fill it out while you are there and leave with it in your hand!!
