I just recently saw a game between two teams at this stadium that seemed like a huge-attendance playoff or postseason game. I believe that this stadium is designed exactly for the purpose you want: being rented and used by outside teams, not reserved for a single local team. Not sure what the price would be but seems like it would be a great venue & worthwhile cost.

Is anyone able to access to use the stairs for exercise ?
