If you visit this store, ask for Josh. From the first bit of conversation, he went out of his way to look at any possible discount for my wife and I on a new plan. Our interaction was nothing shy of incredible, the man even sold us on DIRECTV stream after we told him how miserable we were from Xfinity. He made sure to tell us that it was no contract, we can cancel whenever. He wasn’t a pushy, nagging salesman, he was just a human being! Do yourself a favor if you’re visiting, and choose Josh!

It's not the experience I expected. Truly sad. Verizon did a better job but for now I will remain with AT&T. But as soon as the timing is right I'm out. My review for Veronica is negative therefore I won't respond.
