Our son doesn’t stay a second in a chair for haircuts, the quiet clipper helps a lot. Kendra did awesome with our baby, fast, gentle and friendly. When our toddler was not patient, another lady of the staff came and helped with bubbles. Is a great place to visit. This is the first time I feel that the good tip was completely worth it.

I am incredibly disappointed with the service performed on my 3yo daughter. All I wanted was to have my daughter’s bangs trimmed to get the hair out of her eyes. The lady asked me if I wanted her bangs above the eyebrow and I thought yes that’s perfect. A logical and professional hair stylist would know that above the eye brow means literally right above the eyebrow! Her bangs are now literally 1 inch above her tiny forehead! Also, it’s jagged and uneven all across, and her left side is lower than the right. I questioned her and told her it looked SO BAD and uneven! Her response was that I had told her ABOVE the eyebrow and that’s where it is. She also offered to trim her left side to make it even, and I said NO WAY! And she also said this was just a miscommunication and that she would make a note for next time that I want her bangs right at the eye brow and not above. She also had the audacity to tell me not to worry because her bangs will grow out and then they’ll be at the eyebrow where I want them! This is absolutely unacceptable and my daughter’s bangs look HORRIBLE. On top of that she charged me $12.99. I could’ve done that bad of a job myself for FREE. If you’re expecting an actual professional to cut your child’s hair, stay away from this place!
