No there isn't but everyone has the choice to decline. If you don't feel it's the right thing to do then don't. People try to push their opinions about vaccines that you HAVE TO or this WILL happen but really that's not the case. Research about the vaccine on CDC. Just like anything you put in your body that's not natural it will always have not good reactions.
