Be Truthful

I've been coming here 10 yrs. The one time I needed an appointment for pain and I never got a call back or an email (I called 4 times, left 2 messages, and I emailed). I called today and the person on the phone stated " We're short staff and everyone everywhere is short staffed because no one wants to work." Then she claimed that they called me already and my voicemail wasn't set up. Once I denied that it couldn't have been me because my voicemail is set up; she continued to argue that they did call me instead of verifying my phone number. She continued to be combative in everything she said. She was rude, needless to say, the manager wasn't much better. Kelly the manager, justified and agreed that it was okay she spoke to me that way because she evidently was listening to her speak, as she told me. No apology or anything. She just tried to continue scheduling my emergency appointment two weeks out( I been calling since 8/23 about my broken tooth). I'm not coming back. It's sad to say because I liked coming here. Not once did I yell, be rude, or speak profanity. I'm very soft spoken and calm. I really just wanted to know why I never received a call for an appointment and what was the purpose of the lady being so rude. I guess this review really doesn't matter because they're short staffed so... they will keep doing what they do and the managers will continue to let it slide.
