Such high hopes diminished~ The stylist, Joy removed my extensions and did a beautiful job on my hair color. I returned three weeks later bc I just couldn’t take the change to red. I showed her a picture of what I wanted done, she looked at said photo. We discussed the SHADOW root (DARK brown) with blonde highlights in the photo. I also brought up the fact that we should match the color she is doing to the extensions she had in stock bc I already made an appointment in May and wanted to get new extensions. She put blonde highlights in my hair and didn’t touch the red, my hair is now orange. Forgot about the extensions as well. Maybe she has some personal issues going on in life, I don’t want to judge. We all have off days and brain fog. I called the salon twice and didn’t have option to leave voicemail.
