Been living here for 10 years and it gets worse every year. Trash everywhere, people building extra rooms too close to their neighbors trailer, cars parked in the street and some weekends it feels like we live in a club not a community from the loud music. And some trailers are an eyesore.

$210 the only thing included is garbage pick up, but I think that's because it's Asheville city pick up.
They are not rentals.... They only rent the lot....
