Absolutely delicious food. From the brisket to the pulled pork, corn bread, and mac and cheese. If I lived in the area I would eat here every week.

I recently visited Asheville for a company retreat. Black Bear crafted a true farm to table custom dinner that was incredible from the first to last bite. Every dish was bursting with flavor. From the salad and bisque to the jerk chicken and cobbler. So delicious!!!!

Black Bear catered our event and the food was hot and delicious!! The hardest part was narrowing down the menu becaue it’s all so good. The owner was very helpful in establishing the menu and was very responsive to our inquiries. Highly recommend this business!

I just spoke with the owners sister (who also works there) and they will be closed on Tuesday, December 26, 2017. They WILL BE open on Wednesday December 27. Thanks for your question!
Currently we do not offer inside dining, carry-out or outside picnic tables available. No Public restrooms. Masks are required to enter the lobby, where we only allow one person or group to order at a time. Socially distanced, non-contact ordering & payment. Staff are required to wear masks as well. Outdoor hand-washing station available and hand sanitizer available. We prefer call-ahead ordering as opposed to walk up if possible as it allows us to have your order ready and creates less people gathering on the patio waiting.
