Yes it can! When I went to the Live Well Expo I was in pain from a disc in my neck pinching a nerve. It hurt in my shoulder & down my arm. I tried a sample of the Carolina Hemp Company Full Spectrum Hemp CBD Oil. Randall, who have me the sample said to come back in about 20 minutes to let him know what I thought. Kingdom Harvest oil is awesome for pain, it has helped with my shoulder pain greatly! It also works great for insomnia. Since I've been taking it I have been sleeping a lot better, except for one night last week. I couldn't sleep and then I realized I had forgotten to take my oil! Yes, the dropper has dosage markings and they will tell you exactly what dose to give to your kid.
