I waited 20 minutes to order in the drive thru, the person couldn't hear me well and when I got to the window they gave me the wrong order, I tried to order again and they told me i had to go around. On top of that they did not give me a receipt and the food was cold. Never ordering from here again. I know there is an employee shortage but having untrained kids is unacceptable.

Our order was made wrong or we were given someone else’s order. Service was fast but they forgot to give us straws.

Probably that stupid double drive thru.

Every time I come her I order the same thing and they mess my order up and then takes a hour to make it. Why is this so? If things do not change I will stop bringing myself or allowing any of my friends and family to come here
