Just had my next MRI for MS done, I have been to the one at Concord Mills twice, but I prefer this one, the front end staff help you sign in the nurses are helpful the scheduling process is very easy and changing an appointment date is easy I always have my MRI's done at this location I live in Charlotte, the techs nurses, and everyone is professional, friendly, and they keep you informed. Not on Sat morning app though

This rating is due to this recent visit alone. We have 3 kids and 1 on the way, so we have been going to this imaging center quite a bit over the last 10 years. 90% of the time we have had a great experience here. But there is a few radiologists that either had something going on in their lives at the time, or are just rude and need a refresher course on how to communicate and interact with their patients/customers. Christine was our radiologist today. It was very slow and so they wanted to move my appt up to 8:30am, but the appointment was scheduled for 9 and my husband was driving from work to meet me at 9 so I told them I would rather wait on my husband and that a costumer/patient with a later appointment could go in my place. Instead of being understanding or resolving the issue Christine became quite agitated as she interrupted me in mid sentence telling me to just get back there and get ready in such a manner as if she was talking to a child. I didn’t want to make a scene so I bit my tongue and walked back to the room, however still intending on waiting for my husband. I was met with this same demeanor 3 more times throughout the visit for the same reason, and my husband was present for the last brash response. Last but not least we had told her 2 different times we wanted a CD record of our visit. She told us she would rather not, it would be more convenient to just to take pictures of the screen with our cellphone. Our second attempt was right before we walked out, her response was we can call back up there and get one if we really wanted it. All these years we have never been denied a CD record of our visit. This is the absolute worst experience we have received here by far!

Very inefficient workers unwilling to look up any information. Had my wife on a wild goose chase for about 15 minutes trying to find out where her procedure was in this building . Finally after walking back and forth for 15 minutes between the buildings the lady at the front with an attitude FINALLY decided to look in the system and see where the procedure was . HORRIBLE INEFFICIENT PROCESS especially in a time of a pandemic having someone enter here and there unnecessarily is unacceptable !!!!

It can be frustrating and the wait can be very long at times. May i suggest going through the portal if you have access or maybe choosing a different option when calling in rather than choosing scheduling, choose operator and have them soft transfer you to scheduling so then maybe you make a connection and not have to call back for a 2nd month. My next suggestion would be to go in person to make the appointment and let them know while I'm there about their phone system. Hope this helps at least a little!
