Lived there for 3 years. Management was unresponsive. Not great for the price. The fire alarms always go off if they work. Use to be okay for the price last year 420 this year 550 for a bedroom with no window. The building isnt up to code. 2 of my roomates had mold in their room and bathroom. They have a hot tub but they refuse to turn it on. And also the buses take forver

I live here at the oasis, and have for almost a full year. The management has been amazing. Any problems i have ever had have been fixed almost immediately. The community here has also been a HUGE blessing. The price is very doable, and you definitely get what you pay for.

I worked with Peter to resolve an issue. He was very helpful through it all. He came up with an answer or solution to the problem and quickly put the plan into action. Peter's professionalism and his 'Can Do' attitude is commendable. I strongly recommend The Oasis.

I used to live in one of their properties and honestly was one of the best times of my life :) They were always very helpful all the times I needed their help or just questions. If you are looking for a place where you want community, I will recommend The Oasis. What it called my attention the most was their ammonites. They have a gorgeous clubhouse, beautiful pool, 24 hour gym and a canteen (I haven't fount another property with one yet.) I love table games and they have different kinds in their game room.
