I usually don’t have issues with this location but it always depends on who’s working. Tonight the lane I was in was not moving for 10 min (while other was constantly moving) so I thought something happened to the customer. Nope, employee finally came over and said, “Sorry, I was talking about video games with them.” Dude you could have kept that to yourself lmao please have some self awareness like I just watched 10 cars that came AFTER me get their food before I even ordered. He only started working/taking orders again because the person working lane 2 saw he wasn’t and started picking up his slack. If you’re not gonna have courtesy for customers at least have it for your coworkers man. or give people the option to move into the other lane if you wanna socialize

Tonight we had the best staff member check us out at Wards Rd drive through that we have had at any Chick-fil-a ever! Krista was in training but was extremely thorough and careful with our allergy friendly order! Quite impressive!! We received a very generous full of greens and fruit market salad pictured below. The staff bagging food missed our 3rd salad and we had to go back for it which was unfortunate but the food quality was excellent!

Always a 5 star experience. Oftentimes they mess-up the order I do for my kids meals since honestly it's a confusing order (I add an extra apple sauce to the order every time) but every time it I call they run someone out to fix it no questions asked! Extraordinary customer service every time!

No matter what. Chick fil a is efficient. Sometimes while I'm in line I place a virtual order and I get it before the cars in front of me have even moved up and placed their orders. The kids working there are always friendly and smiling. They make sure we have enough napkins and sauce before pulling off. If you eat at chick fil a lot of times... I recommend getting the app, you can rack up rewards points very quickly.
