I just got the best service I have ever gotten at a fast food restaurant at this location. The employee at the window mixed the specific number of cream and sugars I wanted into my coffee for me and even asked how crispy I would like my hash browns. Thank you for going above and beyond to make things quick and easy for me today! Great job!

All the bums that work here that can’t manage to prepare frozen McDonald’s burgers just stare at you with the “I’m poor and miserable” stare. Then serve you the worst slop they can manage to put into a bag and hand to people. I’d go and get all the homeless under kemper bridge and get them running this McDonald’s like pros compared to these unhirable disappointments to their families. Place should be shut down and the staff should be sent back to kindergarten to learn how to not only count to ten but to become functioning members of society. Deplorable degenerates

Old Forest Rd Location is great on everything. I love their curbside and drive thru service. Like a lot of fast food chains Post Pandemic the lobby is open on reduced hours and based on staffing.
