Enough is enough! Sad to see I’m not the only one here who has had terrible service department support, that should tell you something. I could copy and paste the entire review regarding the service department and how impossible it is to get a call back or talk to a manager. I’ve bought two Range Rover’s from them and I’m being made to feel like their doing me a favor by taking my money. From lying to me about doing a service on my first one, to filthy loaner vehicles, to Tom not really caring that my passenger door opened at 75mph last weekend on I81. He told me to go check with the Richmond dealership because he’s too busy, and that was after Landrover Corporate called on my behalf and made him talk to me. Definitely not “above and beyond” at this place, I will NOT be buying from them again certainly, and probably no more LandRover’s either. A shame too, the sales department here have been wonderful, their service dept is killing them.

Tried to purchase a new Range Rover, dealership demanded $8000.00 over the MSRP $125,500.00 price tag plus tax, tags, doc fees etc. The car business may can sustain their demands for overpricing their cars now, but when things level back off, I truly expect customers will remember being taken advantage of. I know for certain that I will, and I know for certain that I will never purchase a car from Land Rover Roanoke. Customers do not like to be taken advantage of. I only left one star because I could not leave zero.
