Needed to upgrade my jeep from 3.21's to 4.11's. Didnt trust anybody in my area to do the job. Looked up this shop in Roanoke and from the first call with Sam, I knew this was where the job had to be done. Both he and his mechanic were extreme helpful. Had a scheduling conflict with my job on the day to pick up my Jeep and couldn't get to the shop before it closed.(i live 115 miles away) Sam even came back to the shop after closing to meet me. Now that is customer service first class, He could have told me wait until the next day, but he went out of his way to come back. I can enthusiastically recommend this shop. Oh and did I say the performance increase is awesome!!! Will not take my Jeep anywhere else.
