This was our first time here. The facility is clean and the staff is friendly. The kids had a great time at the birthday party they attended.

Payment was taken out of acct after we had canceled membership. Was assured by staff 4 times that they would call back to refund my payment that was made. It is currently the 20th of the month and still have not had a call back, have left multiple messages.
