Very disappointed paid rent in the drop box early and the money order is missing. Called the Office to confirm they got my money order the day after I paid it. stated they was going to get it. I got a call Friday saying that it’s not there. They have theives working for this company. Not helpful or sorry someone stole from me. Very poor management. They claim they asked maintenance did they grab it, like they would confess to stealing it. Then getting different stories from management and they lie

It states in the yearly magazine that is published for Senior Living they accept Elderly Waiver and/or Medical Asst. Yet when I called they say it is all Private Pay. Could anyone explain that?
