I am a rehab patient at Bethea and will be returning home today. I received excellent care from the nursing and rehab staff, they met my every need. Thank you Bethea for all your help. I would highly recommend Bethea for anyone needing long term placement or rehab services!

Rehab nurses were the best. Therapists were terrible and after 19 days discharged my Mom. She is 91. Medicare approved up to 100 days. Rehab nursing staff was the Best, more than 5 Star. Care coordinator, social services director, therapist and admitting staff/ administration are -1 star. When we picked up Mom she could not put her clothes on or use walker. Does this sound like someone who was ready to go home. Will never recommend. Very dissatisfied.

Grandma has been here twice for rehab. The nursing staff takes good care of her and are good at communicating with us about her care. Rehab staff is very friendly very good people. She was able to return home the first time and working her way back home currently. New building is in great shape and very clean and modern. This is a great place and good place for the elderly to come.

It was a horrible experience. My mom was left in a room that had feces in the carpet a week before she was moved for the carpet to be cleaned. They defied a direct order from the doctor to continue physical and occupational therapy and didn't care for her at all that week, not even keeping her clean, except changing soiled undergarments. They were very clearly more concerned about money than they were about my mom. I was highly disgusted over what was done and would NOT recommend this place for anyone when it comes to rehab.
