I live in the McCalla, AL area and the service from Ferrell was excellent this time around. Ordered online and our truck arrived in 1 week. The delivery driver is THE BEST. Polite, courteous, and helpful - GREAT guy! We did also experience order issues with Ferrell in Jan 2022 when supply was tight and they were slammed with deliveries. We waited 6 weeks for gas and were out for 2 weeks. It was miserable but it seemed to be a product of supply/demand and the winter months. SUGGESTION - do not wait until Nov/Dec/Jan to order gas. Check your levels and fill up in the fall.

Great company however I really DISLIKE not being able to talk to a person when I call. Not everyone likes to conduct business via internet.
