We were fortunate to find Navis to pack and ship family heirlooms and fragile household goods from Minnesota to Alaska. This office and crew did a fantastic job packing and palletizing a mixed load and expediting the shipment. Everything arrived perfectly, not a piece of glass broken, and the price was fair. I highly recommend their services.

This was my first time shipping anything and it was my very expensive white couch!! Shipping from Minneapolis to Brooklyn.. Least to say I was very nervous but Tyler and the Navis team were so reassuring and helpful throughout the entire process. What could have been a nightmare ended up being a great experience. A group of college students from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities under my supervision shipped a disassembled timber structure for a national design-build competition in California. We contracted the shipping to the Eagan, MN location of Navis Pack and Ship, and paid $2,617.18 up front for the service, but is was delivered incomplete. Due to the tight schedule, as well as lack of access to tools and workspace, the students were forced to compete with an incomplete structure. As expected, this resulted in a severely penalized score. After working for an entire semester on this project, it was extremely disappointing that our outcome was severely undermined by Navis Ship and Pack's poor service. The funds for this project were generated entirely by donations that the students obtained from engineering and construction firms in the Twin Cities, MN area. After weeks of requesting some degree of satisfaction or accommodation, Navis Pack and Ship refused to accept any responsibility for the items that were lost in transit. We will never use Navis Pack and Ship again, not only because of the poor service we received, but also because they did not stand behind the service they promised us. Our rating is 1 star because we cannot select 0 stars.

Yes. When your shipment leaves our warehouse, we will provide you with a website address and tracking number that you can use to track the progress of your shipment if available through the carrier.
Our standard turnaround time for domestic shipments is 10-14 business days from pickup to delivery. For our blanket or pad wrap service it ranges from 3 to 10 weeks.
Yes. However, if you pack your own items they are classified as "Packed by Owner" which then can only have declared value coverage for disappearance.

Yes, we are licensed and certified by the Federal Maritime Commission. The typical time frame is 4-6 weeks for international ocean shipments and 7-10 days for international air freight shipments.
