We were sent here to obtain generator repair and fuel filter/air filter change on our rented RV by the RV owner. At first they were very nice and helpful, especially the ladies in the office. This was around 10am on Monday morning. We were told that they would take it in right away. We got an Uber to take us to the strip to pass the time while it was being repaired. At 3pm we still had not heard from them. Finally found out they had to keep overnight, so at this point we were homeless and had no vehicle in Las Vegas with a 1 yr old baby. We had no idea that they would be keeping it overnight, so we had to uber back to pickup clothes and toiletries for the night and had to find a hotel. So we waited Tuesday all day for the call that it was ready. Call never came, did find out that they had to keep it another night (2 nights). We had only picked up the 1 set of clothes due to the fact that we were never told it would be there 2 nights. Finally when we reached out to them on Wednesday morning at 10am were told that it would be ready in 1-1.5 hrs. We checked out of hotel at 12noon and again ubered back. Arrived at 1230 to the RV not being ready. The entire group proceeded to take a 45 minute lunch break. We were waiting in their lobby from 1230 to 230. They brought it around finally and we were pulled into the office to go over the fact that it wasn't fixed completely. The generator is now only 30amp. It was a 50amp. We assumed the fuel and air filters were changed as requested by the RV owner. So we got in and tried to start it and now the inside generator switch was not working. Their attitude was pretty much "oh well." We were kept in the dark about what was happening with the repairs, received little to no updates on status of repair (time ready), told conflicting stories as to what was actually happening. We were a stranded family with a baby and it didn't seem to matter to these people. Didn't seem to have any urgency for our repair. Had no idea this would take almost 3 days and cost the owner $4400. Down the road we still had the same issues with the engine so the fuel-air filters were probably not changed either. Would not recommend this company. They obviously do not care about good customer service.

I contacted this organisation multiple times to store a vehicle. They advised I would be contacted by email to arrange storage however this never occurred. I called them by phone in excess of 20 times to try and get through to anyone and the phone just rings out or goes to voicemail. When I did get through no one was available to arrange anything. In the end I had to arrange other storage. I am unable to review how they look after cars, but I hope they improve their communication skills with others. In the end due to their delays I wasted time thinking they would look after me long term and It ended up costing more for storage elsewhere. Storage was planned for upwards of 10 years with this organisation.

No they are not out of business.
Not sure, don't see why? That is a question you will have to them
