Their name is a joke. They have no solutions to offer. Their customer service will lie to your face over and over and over again about pick up dates. They take zero ownership over the fact that their staffing is completely incompetent. I would use any other option you have other than ceva before you consider dealing this company as the company and staff are completely and utterly worthless
