What is there not to like about Bojangles? The service was really slow, that is all I have to complain about.

Old National location increased their prices and have trained their staff to price gouge customers. I have gone to other locations and their pricing is consistent with each other. Other locations have friendly service and correct pricing without sticker shock. When asked why their pricing is $2 higher than other locations, I was told they are franchised and have been trained to upcharge without asking the customer. If you do not specify that you want a regular combo, you're automatically charged a large. Furthermore if they are truly franchised, then why are other locations consistent with pricing and service? Old National Bojangles is the only location that overcharges and has rude store managers.
